  • General Bookkeeping & Ledger Support: Organizing daily financial logs, categorizing expenses, and updating transaction records.
  • Back-Office Administrative Services: Assisting with administrative organization, receipt retention systems, and data processing.
  • Recordkeeping Workflows: Establishing structured internal tracking frameworks for ongoing business operational support.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable Zanvia LLC to fulfill agreed-upon service tasks efficiently, clients agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, authentic, and timely source documentation and financial records.
  • System Access: Clients must grant necessary authorization and portal credentials required to process requested deliverables.
  • Timely Review: Clients must inspect and verify delivered reports or entries promptly and notify Zanvia LLC of any adjustments required.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Payment Authorization: Services are billed on a recurring subscription or hourly project basis as stipulated in your individual service agreement.
  • Due Dates & Invoicing: All invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative written terms have been established.
  • Late Payments: Unpaid invoices exceeding 15 calendar days beyond the due date may result in a temporary suspension of ongoing services until the account balance is fully settled.

4. Service Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel ongoing retainer or recurring services by submitting a written notice to info@zanviallc.com at least 14 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Early Termination: Upon cancellation, clients remain responsible for payment for all hours worked or deliverables completed up to the effective termination date.

5. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Zanvia LLC maintains strict confidentiality standards for all client proprietary information and operational records:

  • Data Protection: All client documentation, records, and credentials will be held in strict confidence and protected using industry-standard technical safeguards.
  • Non-Disclosure: We do not sell, license, share, or lease client financial data or personal information to third parties except as required by law or explicit client written consent.

6. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Zanvia LLC provides operational bookkeeping, data processing, and back-office administrative support. Zanvia LLC does not provide certified public accounting (CPA), public auditing, formal tax advice, legal opinion, or financial investment advisory services. Materials and outputs from Zanvia LLC should not be substituted for professional legal, tax, or certified public accounting consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zanvia LLC, nor any of its directors, employees, or contractors, be held liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your reliance on general site content or use of our back-office services.

  • Zanvia LLC’s maximum aggregate liability for any operational or service claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Zanvia LLC during the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Electronic Communications & Signatures

By using this website, filling out contact forms, sending emails, or executing digital client agreements, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and signatures satisfy all legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. You submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
